Hidden Costs: It’s already expensive, but many essential features and integrations feel like "add-ons" that cost extra. Having to switch back to the old "Database View" for advanced tasks feels disjointed and makes the learning curve much steeper for new team members. It is a reliable, secure "source of truth" for your data, but you have to be willing to put in the time to master its complexities.
