> **Cons**: Most everything else. It's not remotely user friendly. The way "Deals" are structured is totally confusing. I was promised by my sales person that it would function like Active Campaign, which I'd used for years but increased in price 4x. Engagebay isn't remotely the same and we've had perpetual problems with it. I, unfortunately, signed up for two years and am sorry I did. I'm now stuck with it.
