The logic routing is easy to set up and helps us simplify longer surveys. The report generating option is great for quick summaries and it's easy to share the survey through links and website embeds. The Enterprise level is significantly more expensive, which would be the solution to this, however it's priced out of range for most teams. It is very easy to set up Salesforce and Zoom integrations and to customize forms for every use. > > **Cons**: I do wish it were a little easier to get customer support from a live person instead of AI for especially tricky questions, and it would be nice if you could have multiple people on one account, even if it were a more expensive account. From my understanding, you can't have multiple people on a subscription until you get to a very expensive level. > > We switched to Jotform from another similar platform because of the price and reviews we had heard from colleagues, and have since used it for a variety of surveys, forms, and processes for our organization. My most frequent use is to create a registration form with both Zoom and Salesforce integrations, so respondents get a Zoom link upon registration and also get added to a Salesforce campaign.
